How to make your airline reservation to travel to Cuba?

Documents you will need to travel to Cuba legally are:

Valid Passport at least six months beyond the return date

Emergency health insurance is included in your airline price.

Double-check with the agent when purchasing your air.

Emergency Health Insurance (slip & fall kind of cases, minor allergy issues, stomach illness, small cuts, insect bites, etc.) while in Cuba. It is NOT to be confused with travel Insurance Coverage (24/7 travel assistance, medical expenses, trip cancellation & interruption, lost baggage, baggage delay, severe weather, strike, medical evacuation, repatriation, etc.) Travel Insurance Coverage should be purchased separately and it is optional.

A visa card can be obtained upon arrival at the airport gate. The cost of the visa is 90.00 USD

A signed form certifying that each passenger is traveling legally under one of the categories authorized by the office of the foreign assets control (OFAC). This form will be sent to you once we received your payment and airline ticket as confirmation of your participation in coordinating your airport pickup. The category authorized for this program is #4.
